Chapter 72 delivers a solid coffee experience that comes very close to perfection. The flat white I tried was at an excellent temperature, with the sweetness well-balanced and just right. While the flavor profile was satisfying, it slightly missed the mark on the velvety texture that defines an ideal flat white. That silky smoothness was just a touch lacking.

While the space also doubles as a bar, the majority of patrons seemed to be there for the coffee (even at around 5.30pm on a Wednesday). The relaxed vibe makes it a pleasant spot to unwind. The experience was slightly marred by the choice of background music—EDM chart-like tracks that felt out of sync with the otherwise cozy setting.
Bottom line
Great coffee and a lively vibe, but a different soundtrack could elevate the experience.
