The coffee at Origin Coffee on Scoresby Street was simply near perfection. It was rich, smooth, and the flavors were balanced just right—definitely one of the best cups I've had in a long time. Every sip was an absolute treat, and it really lived up to its reputation.
Atmosphere: 3/5
The atmosphere was fine, though definitely targeted towards the coffee hipster crowd. It's not the most elaborate setup—outside, there are just two benches overlooking a small street, which is a bit quaint but not anything too exciting. It's nice enough for a casual hangout, but don't expect anything too extravagant.
Bottom line
The experience at Origin Coffee was definitely a positive one, thanks to the incredible coffee that made it well worth the visit. While the atmosphere wasn’t mind-blowing, the friendly service and my great conversation with the barista—where we chatted about London’s hardcore and metal scene and upcoming concerts—really added to the experience. By the way, I also visited their shop in Bristol during a trip, but I have to say the one in London was much better!
